Place is great. Food was excellent, service what it should be. Try the chowder, best I've ever had.
Service and food were both excellent! The firefighter-themed decor added a really fun and unique touch to the atmosphere. I had the fish and chips — the portion was generous with a perfectly cooked, crispy piece of fish. My boyfriend got the bourbon steak tips and they were absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend checking this place out.
Great food. Had a one man band on a Thursday night. Kinda loud, but fun.
I love the atmosphere of this place. The interior is designed and decorated with care and respect to firefighters. The food is very cleanly prepared and served, the ingredients always feel fresh. The serving staff is so attentive from the 4 times I've been there so far. It's one of my fave local places to eat. It's also a great place to grab a few drinks with some friends to watch a game. The specials can be really interesting 🙌
Great atmosphere. Had the Pork chop special it was EXCELLENT hats off too the chief. The owner came over and greeted us and the service was fast. We will definitely be back again!

Great great place. Best fish and Chips with a great portion. Fries are great. Honestly you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Atmosphere is filled with laughter with people meeting up with each other. The owner is very friendly and always intentive. Always a smile for customers. I give it a 10….
We reserved the back room for our Fantasy Football Super Bowl Party. The owner, Brett, a 33 year veteran of the N. Attlebourgh fire department, and his team were amazing and accommodating. We enjoyed several of the appetizers, all delicious, great beer and drink selections, and the room was perfect for our group. The atmosphere was electric in both rooms during the Pats game. It is a Perfect place to enjoy dinner or enjoy a cocktail with friends. I highly recommend Halligan’s.
We had a great experience, great service and food. The locals are very friendly
I found Halligan by looking up good food and reviews. Upon driving there I would've missed it due to it's location, but the food and drinks make up for that and hospitality of the hostess/ waitress was to greet us was fabulous. We choose our seating and the hostess/waitress gave us a moment to look at the menu and came back to take drink orders. I have chosen a dirty hose along with 2 other patron order and another patron order the fireman drink the drinks were delicious and then the hostess/waitress asked if we wanted to order and we did order a nachos which had cheese, chili, onions, tomatoes, olives jalapeños and a top of sour cream. I have to say the nachos were fantastic. Then we decided to put our meal order in. The bourbon chicken with mash potatoes and rice pliaf were amazing and the fact that it came out the temperature I absolutely love and wish that was an occurrence with other restaurants. The other patron order the rueben sandwich with fries. She said it was so delicious and didn't even leave a crumbs behind. The other two patron order a Ceasars salad with grilled chicken and they enjoyed it and were impressed by the flavor of the grill chicken which at times some restaurant leave it flavorless. It was an absolute impression that left us impressed with the service,food and drinks.
